1. Overview & Nature of Service
FilezToLinkX operates as an automated, stateless HTTP gateway and streaming pipeline bridging client applications (web browsers, media players, download accelerators) to Telegram Messenger's MTProto physical data centers.
FilezToLinkX does not maintain a persistent media hosting infrastructure or origin content library on its web servers. Files accessed through this service represent user-generated payloads uploaded to Telegram and transmitted synchronously on-demand via official Telegram MTProto protocols.
2. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions
By interacting with FilezToLinkX or accessing any generated streaming route, you agree not to transmit, forward, or distribute content that:
- Violates international copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual exploitation (subject to immediate permanent blacklisting and authority reporting).
- Distributes malicious software, zero-day exploits, rootkits, or credential stealers.
- Violates the official Telegram Terms of Service.
3. DMCA & Notice-and-Takedown Policy
FilezToLinkX respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because files are indexed automatically via user bot interactions, copyright owners may submit takedown notices instantly.
Every media streaming page includes a direct "Report DMCA" mechanism. Upon valid report verification, the associated index record is permanently revoked from the database, rendering all associated URLs immediately inaccessible.
4. Bandwidth Abuse & Service Availability
We reserve the right to monitor bandwidth volume in aggregate to ensure service stability. Excessive automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or deliberate network saturation will result in immediate IP and Telegram User ID blacklisting through our automated rate-limiting framework.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FILEZTOLINKX DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED PLAYBACK, PERPETUAL AVAILABILITY OF TELEGRAM MTPROTO NODES, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
