1. Minimal Data Collection Principle

FilezToLinkX is architected with a privacy-first, minimal data footprint. We do not require account registration via email or passwords. All bot interactions occur via official Telegram MTProto user identification.

When you use the service, the following technical data is processed:

• Telegram User Identifier (User ID): Used strictly to associate user file generation and quota management in MongoDB.
• File Metadata: Telegram File Unique ID, file name, file size, and MIME type needed to construct HTTP streaming headers.
• Bandwidth Volume: Aggregated byte-count counters to monitor server network health and prevent flood abuse.

2. Stream Telemetry & IP Logging

When an external media player (such as VLC, IDM, or a web browser) establishes a streaming connection to an HTTP download route (`/dl/{id}`), our reverse proxy processes the client IP address solely for:

• Serving synchronous byte-range chunks efficiently via standard TCP sockets.
• Enforcing DDoS prevention and anti-scraping rate limits.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user telemetry or IP access logs to any commercial third parties or data brokers.

3. Cookies & Local Browser Storage

FilezToLinkX does not utilize cross-site tracking cookies, third-party analytics pixels, or advertising beacons. Any client-side storage is restricted strictly to local browser player settings (such as volume preference and playback speed).

4. Data Retention & Revocation

Users retain full authority over their uploaded links. You may delete any indexed file record at any time natively using the `/files` management menu or `/del` command in the Telegram bot.

Upon file revocation, the associated MongoDB document is immediately destroyed, breaking all generated web URLs.
